Eight single leg balances
Seven bicep curls
Sixty second split lunges
Five types of squats!!!
Four minute tabata
Three push up dog planks
Two minute wall sit
And one yoga plank walk!
Hold a “high plank” on your hands. At 20 seconds, run it out in a mountain climber until 30 seconds then hold the static plank again. Repeat the 10 second mountain climber again at 50 seconds and 80 seconds.
