🎤On the eighth day of fitness my trainer gave to me…🎄

EIGHT SINGLE LEG BALANCES

Seven bicep curls
Sixty second split lunges
Five types of squats!!!
Four minute tabata
Three push up dog planks
Two minute wall sit
And one yoga plank walk!

Today’s move is all about testing your balance! Begin by standing on your left foot. With your left knee slightly bent, try to touch below the mid part of your shin. If you’re advanced, touch your toe. Let your right leg rotate behind you until your hip and leg are near parallel to the floor. Finish one repetition by tapping the right foot next to the left foot or drive the knee all the way through. You can also add a weight like I do in the video (or a wine bottle!).
