FigoFit 12 Days of Fitness: Day 7

🎤On the seventh day of fitness my trainer gave to me…🎄


Sixty second split lunges
Five types of squats!!!
Four minute tabata
Three push up dog planks
Two minute wall sit
And one yoga plank walk!

I’ve heard people call this bicep drill “21’s” but I like to call it “lucky 7” because we do more than 21 reps! Grab your dumbbells, barbells or wine bottles and let’s get some arm swole!

7 full bicep curls
7 top half bicep curls
7 bottom half bicep curls
7 pulses
7 full bicep curls

If you’re a beast, complete 2-3 sets during your workout!
