FigoFit 12 Days of Fitness: Day 10

🎤On the tenth day of fitness my trainer gave to me…🎄


Ninety second plank
Eight single leg balances
Seven bicep curls
Sixty second split lunges
Five types of squats!!!
Four minute tabata
Three push up dog planks
Two minute wall sit
And one yoga plank walk!

Or should I call today’s move a “baby squeezer!?” I’m excited to announce that Ricky and I are having a baby! I’m almost 14 weeks pregnant with our “figo baby” coming in June 2017! Look out for prego workout videos this spring and learn why there’s no reason to stop doing abs when you’re pregnant!
