🎤On the third day of fitness my trainer gave to me…🎄


Two minute wall sit
And one yoga plank walk!

The point of this move is to do as many repetitions as you can! One repetition: start from a downward dog position. Shift the weight forward so you’re in a plank and complete 3 pushups (can modify by dropping to your knees). Shift back to the downward dog to rest. Count how many push-ups you complete total. Post your # below. Who can beat my 12 push ups in this video!?
