Get your timer out and get ready to seriously burn and tone those legs! You’re always welcome to add these moves up or just complete the wall sit to be successful for today. If you can get straight through the two minutes, you’re a champ! If you need to complete the move in a few intervals, that’s completely fine.
Make sure your back and shoulders are up against the wall and hands off of your legs! No cheating! The goal is to get your knees at a 90 degree angle with your quadriceps parallel to the plane of the floor.
