12 Days of Fitness Challenge: Day 4

We all want a flat stomach right? Let’s be realistic though–normally not gonna happen this time of year unless you’re a genetic freak, then we hate you. But seriously, it’s nice to at least FEEL that those abs are there (even if they’re hidden underneath a layer of Christmas cookies and last night’s cocktail bloat.). Belly laughing the day after doing these ab leg raises will make you say, “Ow. that hurts so good!” Is it weird that I love that feeling?

Don’t forget to be eating all the wonderful seasonal produce winter has to offer– beets, squash, turnips, brussel sprouts, kale and more!
