12 Days of Fitness Challenge: Day 5

The walkout is a great stretch for a tight lower back and hamstrings. But don’t worry for your boredom, I’m always cognizant of the need for some belly fat burn this time of year! I add some sugar and spice and everything nice– mountain climbers. Complete 1 walkout with 10 mountain climbers x 5.

Ideas: Feel free to hold it for a moment while you’re touching your toes for an optimal stretch. For an extra challenge, complete this sequence 5x throughout the day (i.e. morning, before lunch, after work, before dinner, and before bed).
