12 Days of Fitness Challenge: Day 11

The renegade pushup will not only target that arm jiggle, but also your back and definitely the abs! We’re also elevating the heart rate allowing for some serious fat burn. Complete 11 of these, alternating sides for 3-4 sets. If you’re a freak about evening things out, start on the right side for two sets, then start on the left side for two sets! Only one more day until you have a FULL TOTAL BODY FAT BURNING WORKOUT! Merry Christmas Eve!
