Reach the Beach: 6-Pack Circuit Workout

It’s summer, and that means it’s time to reach the beach! Do these 5 moves 2-3x per week for 4 weeks to strengthen and tone those abs!

In this circuit, we’re working the entire core: the rectus abdominus, transverse abdominus, internal & external obliques, and the erector spinae muscles of the lower back.

Top it all off with some serious clean eating and portion control and you’re on your way to the ultimate 6-pack!
