Don’t be misled that your workout MUST be 1 hour each day. I often times feel great if I just get in 20-30 minutes of exercise. The point is that 4% is such a small chunk of your day. With FIGOfit, I’m encouraging people to just challenge their bodies a little bit daily. It doesn’t have to be all at once. A small bout here, opting to take the stairs there, a few sets of push-ups while you’re doing the laundry, etc. Just do it. We weren’t meant to be sedentary.
