🎤On the fifth day of fitness my trainer gave to me…🎄

FIVE TYPES OF SQUATS

Four minute tabata
Three push up dog planks
Two minute wall sit
And one yoga plank walk!

Complete 5 repetitions of each squat.
1. Basic squat
2. Pliè squat
3. Skinny squat
4. Bulgarian split squat
5. Jump squat

If you’re a beast, do 3 sets!
