My daughter and I love making these yummy bites (or “balls” as my daughter likes to call them 🤣) as a healthy grab n’ go snack for the whole family. My husband’s coworkers are always asking for “more balls” so I’m sure to double the recipe every time I make it. I love them as healthy snack calories since I’m nursing!
Almond Butter Energy Bites
-1C old fashioned oats
-2/3 C almond butter
-2 T C honey
-1/2 C ground flax seed
-1/2 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Form into 12 bite size balls. (Tip: Add a little more honey if you’re having a hard time getting the last bit to form into balls.) Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
