Today, a scary pirate and a cute kitty cat are helping me make a dip dip for those perfect fall apples! This is the easiest snack to make for the kids, on the go for work, or as a pre workout!
Mix together, 1 C low fat greek yogurt, 2 T of your favorite nut butter, PB2 powdered peanut butter, or nutella. Add cinnamon, coco powder or fun sprinkles for the kids (except don’t dump the entire container in like Elle did. I think they’ll be eating enough candy this weekend!)
Cut up some apples and dip for a source of great protein, fiber, and healthy fats!
