5 TYPES OF PUSHUPS. For the full circuit, go through the 5 types of pushups for 1 minute. Follow up with plank walks, jump rope, punches, and body weight squats. All moves are 1 minute long for the full circuit. The pushups always come right before the plank walks which will leave your shoulders screaming! Boomstick!
