12 Days of Fitness Challenge: Day 9

Grab your bands. Get set. Curl! Rudolph and I are busting out 90 biceps curls on day 9! This many reps will be tough, especially if you have a thicker band. Maybe complete in sets of 3 X 30 to space them out.

Your tip for today is to remember the reason for the season! I celebrate the coming of Jesus and I try to be sure to take a few minutes each day to thank Him for my blessings. I’m grateful for my family so I spend time with them. And because we’re Italian, that usually means a sit down dinner with a glass a wine and good conversation.
