Two 15 Minute Workouts to Try!

Happy Figo Friday guys! There will be NO PLANKIN’ IN YOUR PJs workout this morning on facebook live. Check back on my Figo Facebook page next week. Theres a chance I may try out Instagram live next week just to try it out, so stay tuned!
