Healthy + Refreshing Cocktail

Berry Skinny Cocktail

It’s your last chance to soak up the summer! This cocktail is perfect to complement your last post up by the pool, yet staying true to your healthy September resolutions.

Makes 2 cocktails

Ingredients:

-handful of raspberries

-handful of blackberries

-handful of blueberries

-10 mint leaves

-3 oz. vodka

-2 oz. grand mariner (or triple sec)

-fresh lime juice

-club soda

-lime wedge for garnish

-mint leaves for garnish

 

Directions:

Combine the berries & the mint in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth. Pass the berry purée through a mesh sieve using a rubber scraper.

Combine the berry purée, vodka, grand marnier & lime juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled glass with ice leaving room to top the drink with a little club soda. Stir to combine. Garnish with a lime wedge and mint leaves.
