Private Training: Taking new clients in Danville, Lewisburg, and Danville! Condition your neuromuscular and cardiovascular systems with customized personal training. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and goals. Typical areas of interest include fat loss, metabolic conditioning, muscle building, toning, core strength, and balance. Chelsey will carefully monitor your form and exertion while you achieve maximal results. Sessions run 45-55 min.(i.e. boxing, weight training, running, plyometrics & agility, & other sport specific workouts).
Group & Team Workouts: Take your sports team practice up a notch with a special team workout. Designed to be a challenging, team bonding experience, specific to your sport or interest. Chelsey has experience with football, basketball, rowing, swimming, cross country & soccer teams.
